Shipping Information for the UK
Please Note – We currently only ship to UK Customers from the .co.uk site. Shipping to International destinations can be arranged upon request or alternatively, you can use our .com store which is tailored to our US, EU & RoW customers.
When placing your merchandise orders you’ll have three different shipping options available to you: Royal Mail 48 (Standard), Royal Mail 24 and Courier (via Amazon Shipping).
All parcels will be shipped via the method requested upon order (orders qualifying for Free Shipping will, by default, be sent via Standard Delivery – exceptions will apply).
Orders will generally be shipped within 5 working days from the confirmed receipt of payment.
Royal Mail 48 – Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped using the Royal Mail 48 service and typically take between 2 to 5 working days to arrive.
Royal Mail 24
Orders are shipped using the Royal Mail 24 service and typically take between 1 to 3 working days to arrive.
Orders are shipped via Amazon Shipping. The service is available 7 days a week and provides next day delivery from the date of collection, including on weekends. Full tracking is included.

If the Standard Delivery cost exceeds the cost of Amazon Shipping, the latter becomes the default.

Questions relating to Shipping
All delivery estimates are based on quotes supplied by the relevant carrier, so they can’t be guaranteed by Nautical Bits. If your parcel is not delivered within the estimated window then it’s very likely there has been a delay in transit. In such circumstances we advise the following:
Royal Mail – If your order is shipped with either of the Royal Mail services we advise you wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 28 working days (any other shipping addresses) before contacting us. The Royal Mail will deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these windows. Once deemed as lost we’ll be able to work with you to resolve the problem.
Courier – All orders shipped with Amazon Shipping and we recommend you contact them with your tracking number if there are any issues for the quickest resolution. Though if you’d like our help you can let us know using the details below.
